AI-Powered Features
Some of our products include AI-powered features, such as the Lumi AI Assistant in OptiCoat Designer. When you use these features:
- Data Sent to AI Providers: Your conversation messages and relevant design context (such as layer configurations and material selections) may be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses.
- No Persistent Storage: AI conversations are not stored beyond the active session. Once you close or refresh the page, conversation data is discarded.
- No Training on Your Data: Your data is not used to train or improve AI models. Our AI provider processes your data solely to generate responses for your session.
- Opt-Out: AI features are entirely optional. You can use our products without interacting with AI-powered features.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Clerk — Authentication and user management
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing
- Supabase — Database hosting and storage
- Anthropic — AI model provider for Lumi AI Assistant (conversations processed but not stored or used for training)
